Please be informed that after the third no show a service fee of 50% of your service(s) will be charged on top of your next appointment.

Late Policy

Late appointments will be given a 10 minute grace period. After the 10 minutes you will be marked as a No-show. **DOES NOT APPLY TO SERVICES 20 MINUTES AND UNDER** This is to make sure to not inconvenience others who have scheduled an appointment and who are on time. One late customer can throw off an entire day. However, we are pleased to accommodate our clients the best way possible and will make every effort to make alternate arrangements.
